Cremorne House

Building works are underway now on the alterations and additions to an existing single storey brick and tile dwelling in Cremorne. Scott Miner started concept design work in 2017, progressing the design to a Development Application to North Sydney Council. Development approvals were obtained and construction certificate drawings completed soon afterwards. The alterations to the building will provide a second storey with vastly improved space, light and views for the occupants. The ground floor enjoys better connections to the outdoor landscaped space and connections to the existing garage cut into the sandstone escarpment. This has been an exciting project to work on, with close attention paid during the design phase to building forms and materials within the permitted site envelope.
