Contracting for Ray Fitz-Gibbon, Scott Miner designed and documented this mixed-use development located in Warriewood. On the Ground Floor, a Childcare Centre with outdoor play spaces wrapping around 3 sides of the building was placed beside an external, on-grade carpark. Above the Centre on the First Floor, with a pedestrian bridge access from the street was placed two home-sized apartments - each with extensive living areas and large external balconies.
